HOW DID I GET HERE?

Like you, I've worn many hats—mother, wife, divorcée, career woman navigating passions and dead ends. I've stood at crossroads more than once, asking, "Who am I when the roles fall away?" I know the ache of loneliness, heartache of loss, and the longing for purpose that feels authentic, not imposed. I've been in the middle of everything yet nowhere at all—unseen, unheard, apart from life instead of a part of it.

However, I learned: every loss, every shift, every moment of isolation was also an invitation. An invitation to shed what no longer served me, to question beliefs I'd carried like armor, and to reconnect with something deeper. I stopped surviving and started evolving. I moved from liberation into enlightenment—not through avoidance, but through curiosity, compassion, and the courage to redefine myself beyond labels and roles, one curious question at a time.

Now, I help others do the same.
